Internship 2021 - Corporate Finance/M&A, London (Remote working)

Aufgaben
Your role will include• Working alongside senior partners on European M&A and corporate finance transactions in the mid-cap space
• Supporting the team with the overall M&A and financing advisory process management
• Gathering market data and industry research to analyse trends and help value transactions
• Synthesising financial and operating information on companies and industries
• Supporting the execution of deals with technical analysis and modelling
• Drafting client presentations
Capstan interns take part in client dialogues enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge in real business settings. We offer a market-based compensation.
Qualifikation
What We ExpectA motivated, results-oriented team player, who brings along the following background:
• Minimum availability of 12 weeks (flexible on start date, preferably in April or May)
• High proficiency level in English and possibly also in German (written and verbal)
• Bachelor/Master student in a relevant field of Finance/Economics or Science
• Prior internships in investment banking (M&A/Corporate Finance) is desirable
• Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent corporate finance / valuation skills
• Be a good communicator and bring team spirit
