Working Student for Software Documentation

Aufgaben
In our software we realize a kind of graphical programming. This involves linking logical building blocks, such as mathematical operations (plus, minus, formulas etc.), constructive elements (lines, splines, surfaces, solids etc.) or elements from the world of FEM (boundary conditions, contacts, component analysis etc.). We call these logical operations component. A particularly important part of good software is the excellent description of how these components work in order to provide the best possible support for the user.This is why we need you! We are looking for an enthusiastic working student to support us with the documentation starting immediately.
Qualifikation
- Your experience with engineering software (CAD, FE), especially with Rhino/Grasshopper and Altair Hyperworks enable you to understand the functionalities of our components.- As you are a native English speaker, you have no struggle writing the documentation for individual components in the ELISE software.
- You have first experiences with script-based writing programs like Markdown or Latex that help you to formulate and document the content in Markdown files.
- You will create examples, snippets and screenshots to explain the functionality of the components.
