- Development of a simulation model for longitudinal dynamics of heavy commercial vehicles with alternative drivelines (e.g. BEV, Hybrid, Fuel Cell)
- Implementation of basic vehicle functions and logics
- Parameter identification and optimization
- Evaluation of simulation results and comparison with conventional drivelines (ICE) and literature
- Research on driveline components
- Close collaboration and consultation with thermal management and validation department
- All documentation and written correspondence in English
Qualifikation
- Majoring in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, electronical engineering, mechatronics or similar university program
- Basic knowledge of electrified powertrains and commercial vehicle technologies in general
- Background in vehicle/driveline simulations
- Profound skills in MATLAB / Simulink and MS-Office
- Exposure to Catia V5, PDM (TCAE), Excel VBA is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, self-reliance and team work orientation, also in intercultural teams
- Proficiency in German and English
- Passionate about vehicle drivelines
